We had a flawless experience at The Ritz-Carlton. The hotel's location near DuPont Circle was convenient, yet surprisingly quiet. The bed in our room was the best we've ever slept on, and the water in the shower was always hot, even on the 6th floor. The attentive and friendly staff, particularly the doormen, made our stay enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and Kenny at reception even greeted us with a glass of champagne. The location was perfect, just three blocks away from the subway, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the bathrooms were spotlessly clean with luxurious toiletries. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the comfortable bed and the peaceful atmosphere.

The reception offered champagne. Kenny, the receptionist, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, suggesting Le Diplomate for a reservation. Ali, the valet, was efficient and polite, pointing out room features. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with large, clean bathrooms and signature fragranced toiletries.

The hotel's location is ideal, with two Metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to access all the monuments in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast options are diverse and the attention to detail is impressive. Guests can also enjoy the gym facilities and the New Year's party is described as amazing.

Some guests felt uncomfortable due to the presence of a bodyguard stationed outside their door, which impacted their overall sense of safety and comfort.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel like I was their top priority. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was also conveniently close to two Metro stations, made getting around this city easy.

This hotel is simply marvelous! the exclusive amenities are extraordinary, making us feel pampered and spoiled. We enjoyed a relaxing massage at the Spa & wellness center, and the delightful steam room was a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. the indoor swimming pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing dip and peaceful atmosphere. the room advantages astonished us, with magnificent decoration, modern technology, and comfortable bedding.

The service was okay, though we did encounter a minor room issue that could have been handled in a more organized and efficient manner. we were quickly impressed when the staff handled the issue with a sincere desire to make it right.
